NOTES:

* Gingerman replaces Pittsburgh, scheduled for one weekend earlier than traditional Pittsburgh date.
* Summit Point is one weekend earlier than previous several years’ date.
* Fathers Day is a weekend later than usual, thus Mid-Ohio is the third weekend of June instead of second.
